The kids were super creative in carving their pumpkins this year!
 Delta Stewardess and Delta Pilot
I was so excited for Birch to wear his costume to work but he came down with the barfy flu and couldn't show off his awesome outfit.  Next Year!

 Our little cute wicked witch
Chloe (witch), Nate (Einstein), Coop (soccer player), Alysee (pirate)

The Young Women put on an awesome Ward Halloween Party.  They performed a seriously awesome dance number to Michael Jackson's song, "Thriller."

Cooper's Dream Comes True

Cooper had a great year playing soccer last year but it was a non-competitive league and didn't allow goalies.  His dream is to be a goalie and look awesome in his goalie outfit.

Turned out to be a sweet season for Cooper!  He was on team Panthers.

Tyler turns 14!!!

Tyler has been anxiously awaiting his 14th birthday.

Tyler is such an easy going kid.  He is a lady's man.  Seriously this kid always has a flock of girls around him.  He is a bit nervous about now being old enough to go to Stake Dances but I have no worries.  Sure love this kid!!!

Coop BIG "8 is Great" Trip to Utah!!!!

Keeping with tradition, Cooper was the lucky kid that got to spend several days in Utah with both Birch and I!!!  Most of the time Birch and I take turns going with the kids so this was extra special!  We flew out of the Pasco Airport.

Our first stop in Utah was to the Museum of Natural Curiosity with the Cox Family.  It was incredible and Coop loved every minute.

The rest of the day was spent hanging out with our favorite people and going out to dinner at an all-you-can-eat pizza place.
Coop would have been a happy camper if we had stayed with the Cox clan the entire trip.

Next stop...Boondocks with a surprise visit from Justin and Lauren Fillmore.

Friday afternoon we made our way to Mapleton and spent the night with the Wright family.  We were extra lucky when my sister Laura decided to come up from Elko, NV to come see us.

While my sisters and I hung out together, Birch and Coop met Geoff and Issac at BYU and went through the BYU Museum of Paleontology.
Then off for a tour of Studio C -- one of Coop's favorite BYUtv shows

Geoff is always so fun at coming up with great ideas to do with the kids.  After eating at the Cannon Center the boys all headed for some rock climbing on the Provo Canyon.

To top off the night, the boys all went to a BYU Football Game!!!!

While the boys were playing, Leah, Laura, and I went to the Neon Lights concert as part of the Roof Top Concert Series.  Leah's awesome talent landed her the photograpy gig shooting the entire concert.  She did an AMAZING job!

Not necessarily my favorite type of music but it was such a fun environment and so awesome to share this experience with my sissys.
I even got my picture with the kid's favorite Studio C actor, Jeremy Warner.

We spent Saturday and Sunday night with Grandma Gina.  She always treats us like royalty!
Coop was astonished with Grandma's painting talent.
Saturday night after the Priesthood Session we were lucky to get a quick visit from Uncle Brent and cousin Jacob.
We were super lucky and were able to attend the Sunday morning AND afternoon session.
Grandma Gina got to come with us to the morning session.
Miss Abbey Cox and Coop have been friends since infancy.  They both celebrated their first trip to Conference together.

 Love this kid!

Afternoon session we were blessed to seat just ten rows from the prophet.

 Geezzz....what a handsome boy!
Sunday evening we shared a delicious meal with Uncle Matt and Aunt Jessica.  Cooper was squished with love from his cousins Lizzie and Sofi.
Monday morning we said farewell to Grandma Gina and spent the morning on Temple Square.
 The Beehive House

We were lucky to get a trip to the top of the Church Office Building.  The view from the 28th floor was incredible!

We enjoyed the afternoon at This Is The Place Heritage Park.

A Stop at the Indian Village

Pioneer Children Sang As They Walked and Walked and Walked

I'm so glad we have carried on this tradition with our kids.  Not only is it a trip that each of the kids look forward to but I do too!  It is the only time the kids really get one-on-one time with their parents for an extended period of time.  Coop was a delight to spend time with and I loved his company!
